UFB Fabrication is pleased to announce that it has been acquired by Sign Fab®, a leading wholesale sign manufacturer with nationwide reach.

The acquisition expands production capacity, broadens product depth, and increases operational flexibility for wholesale sign partners.
The companies have operated for decades in the nationwide sign-manufacturing market as competitors, neighbors, and collaborators. This acquisition formalizes a partnership both teams had been working toward for more than a year and positions UFB Fabrication for continued growth with added resources and support.
