UFB Fabrication warrants products we fabricate against defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions for five years from shipment or installation.
Original purchaser coverage. Electrical components, electrical systems and neon glass follow separate warranty terms.

Fabrication
UFB-fabricated materials and workmanship are covered against qualifying defects under normal conditions.
Electrical
Electrical components and systems follow the warranty provided by their individual manufacturer.
Neon Glass
Neon glass is warranted to operate when picked up. Damage after pickup is not covered by UFB.
Handling Damage
Damage caused by improper handling or circumstances outside UFB's control is not covered.

Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions for five years after shipment or installation.
Electrical components and electrical systems are subject to their respective manufacturers' warranties.
Neon glass is warranted to operate at customer pickup. Damage caused by improper handling or circumstances outside UFB Fabrication's control is excluded.
UFB Fabrication determines whether a defect qualifies for coverage under its warranty. The written warranty controls over other oral or written representations to the extent permitted by law.
